Save Our Strays, Inc. is a non profit animal welfare organization that was founded by Dr. Joan Poster over 10 years ago. We are committed to the welfare of all the animals in our care and community. Our goal is to rescue and place as many previously abandoned pets in loving permanent homes. Our facility operates out of Poster Animal Hospital which is located in Westport, CT. Dr. Poster has a "hands-on" commitment to every one of our animals.
