Odessa Police Animal ControlWe are the local pound, or preferable name, animal shelter, that houses many pets a week, month, year, even day. The people who put the pets on Petfinder are volunteers and do this out of their love for animals. At the shelter there are many great people who work there. They don't always like what they have to do, but yet it has to be done.
