"Fat Cat" Cattery and Rescue

My ability to not cage and care for all my animals in a home setting is limiting when it comes to numbers of rescues I can make. I also receive lots of requests about personal cats that you can no longer keep. I apologize, but I must save my room for strays, injured or sick older cats and kittens only.

A Paw Up Rescue

we run our rescue out of our home, our foster dogs and cats live as part of our family, interacting with each other, and with our own pets and with our kids, so we can get a feel for what kind of home would be best suited to each individual animal.

A Pets F.A.T.E. Humane Society

A Pets F.A.T.E. (Fair Alternative To Euthanasia) was created to help the orphaned dogs and cats in our small, rural area. We are currently the only Humane Society in our county and we are comprised of a small group of volunteers that offer our hearts and all our love to our furry friends in need. We care for surrendered and stray dogs and cats locally and when we can, other animals in need. We are also the only purebred cat resuce in the entire region and do our best to help as many purebred cats as we can. We have many breed experienced foster homes and volunteers. All pets are vaccinated, vet checked and altered prior to adoption-- no exceptions! Our number one goal is to find that particular pet the home they were always meant to have!

Abandoned Cat Team

A.C.T.’s primary focus is to promote humane feral cat population management. We trap feral cats (cats that were born wild, or have become wild due to the neglect or abandonment by people), spay and neuter them, return them to their colony (where they were living), and feed them for the rest of their lives. A.C.T. can provide information to anyone wishing to become involved with this activity, known as Trap Neuter Return. Our secondary focus is to subsidize the spay and neuter of the companion cats and dogs of low income families. About 60% of all unaltered cats go feral in 3 to 4 years. We are always desparately in need of funds to carry on this work and welcome donations of any amount. We are a 501 ( c ) (3) non profit organization so all donations are tax deductible. A.C.T. is an all volunteer organization so all donations go for helping the cats and dogs.

Almost Home All Breeed Rescue

Almost Home All Breed Rescue was created to help save abandoned puppies/dogs and Cats/Kittens from our rural area. So many pups/kittens are dumped up here and left to die, and we couldn't just sit by and watch, so we started a rescue to step in and help, and hopefully one day stop this terrible act entirely. We also rescue dogs & cats from shelters before they are due to be euthanized .

Angel Paws Pet Rescue

Foster Care Organization. Angel Paws Pet Rescue is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of homeless and neglected pets and placing them in loving, permanent homes. All pets that come to us are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, wormed, treated for fleas (if needed) and microchipped prior to adoption unless otherwise noted. We take great care in placing our pets in loving homes by requiring an application, reference check, and home visit. Adoption fees range from $100-$450 based on breed and age. All adoption fees go directly back into the care and medical expenses of the pets in rescue. Angel Paws Pet Rescue does NOT charge a fee at this time to surrender a pet.
