Animal Rescue League of El Paso

As a No-Kill Shelter, every animal that comes to us stays with us until we find it a loving adoptive home. Animal Rescue League of El Paso is proud to be the largest No Kill shelter in our area providing a second chance to over 12,000 companion animals since 1995. Animal Rescue League of El Paso is a private, volunteer-based, non-profit organization with 501(c)(3) status. We receive no government funding and are not a United Way agency. Our life-saving work is supported solely by the loving contributions of individual donors and small foundation grants.

FTHAR is a coalition of experienced volunteers,dedicatd to caring for the hurt and frightened victim of accident, disease, cruelty and neglect. We provide life saving surgeries, ,medications and special carethat otherorganizations are not able or willing to give. Once restored to health, we them work diligently to find each animal a permanent loving home. From the Heart truly believes it is our duty to share the gifts we have been given with those that have no other place to turn and no other chance of survival
