Pet Project FoundationFriends of San Clemente Animals (FOSCA) is a non-profit volunteer support group for the San Clemente-Dana Point Animal Shelter. We share support for the shelter with the help of Dana Point's volunteer group, Animal Rescue Foundation of Dana Point (ARF).
