Kayleigh's HavenDogs and Cats are killed in shelters every day because someone didn't neuter their pets. No matter how many shelters we build, we will never decrease the number of homeless animals until we decrease the number of unwanted litters being born. Scottsboro Animal ShelterOur shelter is a very small facility that has been located here in Scottsboro for over 20 years. We have a very limited number of runs and that only allows us to keep animals for 7 days. We have a very high euthanasia rate and would like to improve adoption rate. Our shelter does not have a waiting list , we try to place our dogs in the best possible homes.
