Olive Branch Humane Society's Animal HavenWe spay and neuter all of the dogs and cats that come through our group before they leave us for new homes. We also are involved in community outreach to help educate the community on the importance of vaccinating, spaying and neutering their pets. Our new facility has been named the Animal Haven, we wanted a name that would reflect a safe harbor for the animals that we were saving from death row shelters as well as a welcoming name for visitors to feel comfortable coming to view the animals. We currently house more then 80 dogs in large fenced in areas. St. Francis Animal SanctuaryWe were founded in the year 2000 and in the year 2005 we partnered with Best Friends Animal Society in order to help save animals left behind in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The two organizations worked together on St. Francis grounds for 9 months after the hurricane and saved 4000 lives. Many of our supportrs have moved away, some temporairly and some perminently.
