Almost Home Animal SanctuaryWe are an all volunteer rescue in the process of applying for nonprofit status. Almost Home was created out of a desire to honor Ruey, a rescued Neapolitan Mastiff, who provided years of unsurpassed joy, companionship, and love. While Ruey will be forever missed, AHAS can provide homes for pets like Ruey, who need help finding their special forever home. Thus, Almost Home was born out of our deep love of animals. Rescuing animals is our passion. We believe that both pet and adoptive home can blossom when the right match is made. We strive to heal hearts by spreading love to two footed and four footed creatures alike.
