Arnell Memorial Humane Society Inc.The Arnell Memorial Humane Society was founded in January 1995 by concerned citizens and animal lovers. AMHS was named in honor of Roy Arnell, a local neighbor and farmer, whose generosity enabled AMHS to build an animal shelter in Amery, Wisconsin. AMHS is primarily funded through donation, fundraising activities and animal adoptions. Partial funding is provided by Polk County dog license fees.
