Our goal is to give all of the animals that need assistance the best opportunity possible with regards to their preferences, personalities, and particularities. Annie's Rescued Friends, ARF, Inc. Cocker Rescue of NCAnnie's Rescued Friends, ARF, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to saving the lives of homeless cocker spaniels.
