PPR is a non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to educating the public on the specialized care of pet birds. Unwanted parrots are accepted at PPR and are adopted to qualified applicants. You must live within a one-hour drive of Pittsburgh to adopt a bird because we do home inspections and cannot travel out of our area.
