2nd Chance Animal Rescue of Fayette CountySecond Chance Animal Rescue of Fayette County, located in Vandalia, Illinois, is an all volunteer, federally recognized 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2004. Our primary goal is to rescue cats and dogs from cases of abuse and neglect. Second Chance Animal Rescue of Fayette County is funded solely by private donations and fund raising events. Second Chance does not receive any local, state or federal funding.
