Pulaski County Humane SocietyThe Society is currently doing business as the Pulaski County Humane Society. We are deeply concerned about the welfare of all domestic animals within the County, with the major emphasis on dogs and cats. We believe that a pro-active spay/neuter program is the only logical humane solution to the severe over-population problem currently existing in the area. We are committed to educating the community regarding the need for responsible pet ownership, which lies at the heart of the problem. Through the united efforts of the entire community, we hope to significantly improve conditions for all companion animals.
