Copper Country Humane SocietyThe Copper Country Humane Society seeks to prevent and reduce the suffering, neglect and abuse of animals, to provide humane treatment for animals in its care, to reunite lost animals with their owners, to find suitable homes for homeless animals (suitable-responsible homes that will provide lifelong quality care and companionship), to offer education, to sponsor animal welfare/breeding legislation, to collaborate with law enforcement agencies, to bring the number of adoptable animals and adoptive homes into balance through active spay/neuter programs and to provide humane euthanasia when warranted.
