Vance County Animal ShelterThe animal shelter is open from 1:00-4:30 Monday, 10:00-2:00 Thursday, and 9:30-noon Saturday. Adoptions and Rabies vaccinations are available during those times. The cost of a Rabies vaccination is $5 for cats and dogs. Dogs are required to have a county tax tag.
