Animal Control Center Adopt A Pound Pet ProgramA new era has begun for the animals who find themselves stranded at the El Paso Animal Control Center. Beginning June 2007, a new adoption program was instituted by the El Paso Shelter And Rescue Coalition (EPSHARE). So many of the animals who arrive as strays at the Animal Control Center would make such wonderful pets, they just need someone to give them a chance – will it be you?
