Laredo Animal Protective SocietyLAPS is dedicated to saving as many breeds, mixes, and species of animals that are fit for adoption as our facilities can support in a healthy and sanitary environment. Although we would like to be able to save every animal that comes here, unfortunately, the pet overpopulation is too high in Laredo and we do not have the money to treat sick animals.
