Promise Animal League, Inc.Promise Animal League, Inc was formed for the prevention of cruelty to animals and educational purposes by a group of individuals who have been helping animals in the local community for over 25 years. Located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia we take in unwanted, abused and abandoned cats, kittens and sometime dogs and puppies; we place them into foster homes until they are adopted into a permanent home. Our group of dedicated volunteers provides a pet food bank for other shelter/rescue groups in the 4 state area. We work with local veterinarian practices to hold cat spay/neuter clinics for the low income public.
