Pocket Pets and More

I started rescueing strays and unwanted pets over 10 years ago. The animals seen here live with me. I do not have small children in my home so I can not give you an anwer as to if these animals will get along with children or your other pets. Also please remember that they don't see a lot of people other than myself so they maybe shy or afraid of you. But give them a chance they desire it very much. They are all truely wonderful, kind, and have a lot of love to give.

We are a private rescue, that takes in dogs, (whose time is up in the pounds) , vets them and evaluates their behavior and personalities. They live in our home and are UTD on shots, spayed/neutered prior to adoption, on heartworm and flea preventives. We work on basic training skills, socialization, and housetraining/crate training.

This is a county animal control facility that picks up stray dogs, and holds them for 3 days to allow an owner to claim before releasing them for adoption. We are forced to humanely euthanize any animals that aren't/can't be adopted/rescued two times per week due to the overwhelming number of dogs and the limited amount of space at our shelter.
