Calico Creek Critters RescueWe are a small group of home-based rescuers, doing our best to put an end to homeless and unwanted pets. While we started out on a mission to rescue Jack Russell and Boston Terriers, we have found it's very difficult to turn away others in need, and now rescue other small breeds as well.. PAWS of PAPAWS primary mission is to eliminate the suffering caused by the pet over-population tragedy by providing a low cost spay/neuter program. Our adoption animals result from unwanted litters, strays, and owner surrenders. PAWS tries to find the best match for both the new owner and the pet. To accomplish this we require all pets in the household be spayed/neutered and that the pets be kept indoors. We also check veterinary records for existing pets, references, and the landlord's pet policy.
