Volunteer Doberman RescueVolunteer Doberman rescue was founded by a group of Doberman lovers in the Middle Tennessee area. We rescue dobermans in need. We rescue from high kill shelters and also owner surrenders. Our organization was formed as it was realized that there was a need for another "no-time-limit" animal shelter in the Middle Tennessee area. Waverly Animal ShelterWe are the Waverly Animal Shelter. We are employed by the City Of Waverly. We take in unwanted, lost, and abandoned animals from Humphreys County and try to find them homes. We work with the Humphreys County Humane Society, and the local veterinarians, to get the medical care the animals need. We have numerous volunteers and donations to help make the animals stay at the shelter comfortable, and enjoyable. Whispering Willows RescueDue to the growing amount of dog and cat rescues, especially breed specific rescues in our area, we have decided to focus primarily on small animals, such as ferrets, rats, gerbils, hamsters, Chinchillas, etc. We, also, accept some reptiles, such as small lizards.
