Southern Breezethe owner of the farm, started this facility after a numerous amount of livestock, horses and smaller farm animals were found to be homeless. This includes horses, goats, geese, chickens, and other animals. Kelly Allen is the manager of the Elmore SPCA in Peru, and she is also the Cruelty investigator for the northern New York area. Some of the animals at our facility have been seized under the cruelty laws of New York State. We also have handicapped and disabled animals that are up for adoption depending on the special needs.
