Animal Rescue League Ltd.The ARL is a small, non profit animal shelter that provides care to homeless animals until they can be adopted into loving forever homes. The ARL also offers euthanasia and crematorium services, including private cremation. The city of Saint John contracts the ARL to perform animal control for the city. The shelter is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors who employ an Executive Director to manage the shelter. Rescued ReptilesOur goal at Rescued Reptiles is to find homes for abandoned or homeless reptiles. We pair animals in need with adoptive families. Usually, we try to put adoptive families in contact with the current owner so that the animal never has to come to our shelter.
