Cullen's Archangel RescuE (CARE)Cullen's Archangel RescuE (CARE) was started in 2003 for the protection and rescue of animals in need. Our mission is to educate the community, help animals in need, decrease the amount of strays in our community, and provide shelter for animals who are in need of adoption, including those who are considered 'non-adoptable'. CARE is a nonprofit, no kill animal rescue group. We are primarily located in and around Columbia, SC. We also have a few volunteers in GA. We try to keep our focus on rescues in SC, NC, & GA, but we do adopt out of state (from NY down to FL). We do not have a shelter and operate out of just a few private foster homes.
