Sparky and the GangSparky and the Gang is a not-for-profit charitable group working to rescue dogs and place them in safe, loving homes. Group volunteers rescue primarily dogs but sometimes cats from local pounds, off the streets and from unsuitable homes. We also pull dogs off Los Angeles freeways and from areas in downtown Los Angeles and South Central. Our group works from different areas in Los Angeles and Orange County and most animals are kenneled, although some animals live in foster care. 2nd Chance Pet AdoptionSecond Chance Pet Adoptions is a non-profit 501 C charitable organization that was formed to promote humane treatment and quality of life for all felines, reduce pet overpopulation and provide pet adoption services.
