Last Chance Animal RescueLast Chance Animal Rescue is operated by a private family in Pocahontas County WV and we have donated our home and time to take in unwanted , abused and neglected animals and give them everything they need until a new and forever home is found. Although we try to never turn away any animal in need our main areas of focus are rabbits, ferrets,llamas, goats, horses and domesticated birds. Promise Animal League, Inc.Promise Animal League, Inc was formed for the prevention of cruelty to animals and educational purposes by a group of individuals who have been helping animals in the local community for over 25 years. Located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia we take in unwanted, abused and abandoned cats, kittens and sometime dogs and puppies; we place them into foster homes until they are adopted into a permanent home.
