Cape Breton Branch SPCA

The SPCA provides the following services: Responds to calls of animal neglect, abuse and cruelty. Where warranted, lays charges under the Criminal Code and the Nova Scotia SPCA Act. Ensures abused and neglected animals receive the veterinarian care they require. Provide shelter and care for animals. Educates the public on animal welfare issues. Promotes the prevention of cruelty to animals in cooperation with other branches.
