Pennsylvania Ferret Club and ShelterThe PFCS shelter is a full-service ferret rescue and shelter organization. We currently have one main shelter facility where our adoptable ferrets are cared for. The Forget-Me-Not Ferret Rescue, located near Harrisburg, is run by Tracy Acker. We also have a network of trained foster facilities who also operate under the guidelines of the PFCS to help with special-needs ferrets or when our main shelters are full. Our Director of Shelter Operations, Kym Costanzo, oversees the entire shelter network and manages the administration of the shelter. All adoption and surrender requests are processed by the Director of Shelter Operations and then passed along to the appropriate shelter director.
