Hobart Cat Centre

The Hobart Cat Centre is a self funding, volunteer staffed organisation which aims to alleviate feline suffering by way of a trapping and rescue programme for cats and kittens, which have been abandoned, dumped or strayed. And by the maintenance of a shelter in South Hobart which is open to the public for the reception of unwanted cats as a free community service. At the shelter all animals are checked by a Veterinarian, and if found to be disease free and healthy they are vaccinated and wormed and adopted out to new families.
