AFTA is an all-volunteer run nonprofit rescue licensed and serving in the state of West Virginia. Our team involves volunteers from West Virginia, the mid-Atlantic and New England. Our goal is to humanely create a negative canine and feline balance through an aggressive spay/neuter program, and rescue and placement of canines locally and with New England families.
