Bedford Humane Society

The Bedford Humane Society is a nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating the overpopulation of cats and dogs in Bedford County through education, spay/neuter programs, and stray animal adoptions. We are a charitable organization run solely by unpaid volunteers, and we rely on donations to cover our expenses. WE ARE NOT the Bedford County or City Shelter. Our adoptable pets live in volunteer foster homes where they receive the care and attention they deserve while awaiting a permanent home.
