The Neighborhood Cat Helpers are committed to assisting and advocating the humane reduction of free-roaming feral and stray cats in Hamilton County using trap-neuter-return (TNR). We also assist with finding homes for captured, free-roaming, adoptable cats and kittens when feasible. When possible, we also assist low-income families in Cincinnati neighborhoods with the sterilization of their pet cats or kittens. We are not a shelter
