Bloomingdale Regional Animal Shelter Society (BASS)

been the local shelter for the communities of Butler, Bloomingdale, Pompton Lakes, Riverdale, Ringwood and Wanaque for over 10 years. BASS takes in stray, abandoned and owner surrendered pets and works very hard to place them in new and loving homes. Animals that have been impounded as a result of cruely or neglect come to BASS as well and we spend many, many hours giving them the love and comfort they deserve.
