TARA is a recognized non-profit organization with presence in both Dallas and Austin, Texas, dedicated to the imporovement of the basic living comditions of abandoned, neglected and abused dogs by providing rescue and placement services .While having a special interest in Australian Shepherds, these services are prvided for dogs of all breeds and mixed breeds who are in need.
