The Eastern Wisconsin Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Inc. is organized to offer support to our area communities in responsible pet ownership. The mission of EWSPCA, Inc. is to reduce the overpopulation of canines and felines through education, spaying and neutering. We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit charity organization incorporated on August 1, 2003, by a small, progressive group of animal fanciers and professionals. The rapid growth of our area necessitates on-going community outreach programs and education regarding pet ownership.
