Upper Valley Humane Society

Our Mission Statement: It shall be the purpose of the Society: to provide humane care and treatment for all animals in need of protection in the area served by Society; to return lost animals to their owners; to provide euthanasia when necessary; to reduce the surplus unwanted animal population by programs such as spaying and neutering deemed appropriate and practical; to educate the public in proper care and responsibility for animals.
