Rowan County Animal Control Shelter

The Shelter office is open from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8am to 11:30am. Adoption hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:15pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30am to 12pm and Saturday from 8am to 11:15am. The Shelter is closed on most major Holidays, so please call for more information.
