Animal Outreach Society is a Northern Illinois, non-profit, IRS 501c3, all volunteer humane organization. The organization was started by a group of 28 individuals from many different walks of life and age groups united in the belief of the importance and benefits of animals in our lives. Animal Outreach Society believes in and conforms to the no-kill philosophy as determined by national animal advocacy organizations Doing Things For Animals and Animal People News.
