We are an all volunteer, registered 501(c)(3), non-profit Corporation located in the Central Leatherstocking region in Upstate New York. Our mission is to educate the public on animal-related topics, provide shelter relief and support, fund low cost spay/neuter programs to individuals with genuine financial need and the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of homeless animals.
