S.N.I.P.-PETS ( Animal Protection League Hopkins County-Longview)Because we believe that affordable spay/neuter is critical in the fight to eliminate pet overpopulation in East Texas, S.N.I.P.-Pets promotes the Animal Protection League’s (APL) low cost spay/neuter program in Longview. APL's contract veterinarians offer surgery two days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pet owners in all of Longview's neighboring towns, cities and counties are invited to participate in this program. PET ADOPTIONS S.N.I.P.-Pets volunteers rescue, rehabilitate and re-home unwanted cats and dogs.
