CATS IN NEED OF HUMAN CARE Riverside, CA 92516 Cats in Need of Human Care is a shelter for homeless, abandoned, lost, abused or owner relinquished cats and dogs, which provides comprehensive medical treatment and behavior rehabilitation for all animals under its management and guarantees to find these cats and dogs loving homes. In cases where a cat or dog is not adoptable it remains at the shelter until their natural death. It is a grassroots organization run by one person, Marie Sanner and a few volunteers. The shelter has over 150 cats and 17 dogs at the present time.
