Humane Friends Rescue, Inc.

Humane Friends Rescue (more often referred to as “Humane Friends�) is an independent no-kill nonprofit animal rescue. There is no paid staff. Humane Friends does not receive funds from government agencies, but relies on gifts, donations, fundraisers and YOU to support our significant effort. Humane Friends is run by Devan Pander . Devan is the organization’s founder and also the rescue and adoption coordinator. Between rescues and adoptions, Devan works to keep the animals healthy, happy and the shelter clean.
