Seal Beach Animal Care Center

We are an all-volunteer animal shelter formed in 1986 to find homes for dogs, cats, and the occasional rabbit found in Seal Beach. Because we are a humane, pro-life shelter, we keep healthy, adoptable animals until we find a new home for them.
