West Plains Regional Animal Shelter located in West Plains, Missouri, is a non-profit, tax exempt corporation. Founded to rescue and care for injured, abandoned, abused and unwanted animals. The shelter will be funded entirely from memberships, bequests, donations, annual fundraising events and proceeds from its resale shop "Out of Harms Way" Thrift Shop and WPRAS Shelter. Donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
