Long Beach Animal Shelter

The Long Beach Animal Shelter has been helping animals since 1964. The Shelter is dedicated to protecting and providing shelter for all local animals. Our mission is to educate the public about the humane care and treatment of animals, promote spay/neuter and encourage the adoption of homeless animals. We care for many dogs, cats, puppies and kittens each year. Every day we provide safe, clean living quarters for hundreds of animals that come into our shelter.
