Hawaii Island Humane Society -Waimea Shelter

The Hawaii Island Humane Society is a non-profit 501(c)(3) which was incorporated in 1965.Our mission is to prevent cruelty to animals, eliminate pet overpopulation, and enhance the bond between humans and animals. We provide shelter and care for abandoned, lost and unwanted pets, and try to find new homes for the thousands of animals that enter our shelters every year
