S.C.A.R.S. Formerly Rogers County Humane Society

We obtain our "orphans" from the lonely streets of Rogers County. Many are abandoned or possibly lost with no identification to the whereabouts of their owners. Rogers County Humane Society does not have a shelter and we rely totally on foster homes.
