Circle Tail Inc.Circle Tail, Inc. was established in 1997 to provide quality assistance dogs to people with mobility, hearing, neurological, and emotional needs to increase independence, and to provide a better quality of life for abused and unwanted domestic and farm animals at our sanctuary and through adoption. Circle Tail receives our dogs through donations; we do not have our own breeding program.
