Elkhart Co. Humane Society

The Elkhart County Humane Society is a non-profit organization which relies on membership fees, fund raisers and the generous contributions from the community to help feed and house the animals that are taken in. Unfortunately many deserving dogs and cats don't ever get to find good homes because of the overcrowding in shelters nation wide. If you are considering adopting a dog or cat, please consider a shelter animal. They didn't ask to be where they are and would truly cherish a home where they are loved and cared for always. Please help the overpopulation, be responsible owners, spay/neuter your pets.
