A.R.C.H. (Association for the Rescue of Cats in Haringey

Area covered: Haringey and surrounding areas Registered Charity No. 295855 Helping cats since 1986, ARCH assists with rescue and rehoming of domestic cats, and also operates a trap-neuter-release scheme for feral cats. The group takes in cats and kittens who are strays or pets that the owners no longer want or are unable to keep, and cares for them through a series of foster homes until a suitable permanent home is found. They have a no-kill policy, which means that no healthy animal is ever destroyed. A home visit is carried our prior to adoption. The group is self-funded, raising money for vets bills and food through supermarket collections and bazaars.
